Vampire Challenge

While I was thinking about challenges, I came up not only with the Pages Read Challenge, but also with 5 (!!!) other challenges. And for some really, really crazy reason, I've decided to try to pull them all off for 2009!

So this one is the Vampire Challenge (stupid name, I know!). And I hope that with 3 one-word questions, I can answer most of the questions.

What?
For the Vampire Challenge you will read books with vampires - romance, YA, paranormal, mysteries - anything, as long as there's a or two (or more) vampire in it.

When?
The challenge will start January 1, 2009 and end December 31, 2009.

How?
The goal is to read 2+ books with vampires in 2009, that's it. It's fairly easy, I think. For some inspiration check out my post on vampires in books.

To sign up, please leave a comment here with a link to your blog post.

My now finished list:
1) MaryJanice Davidson: Undead and Unappreciated
2) Yuna Kagesaki: Cheeky Vampire Vol. 7-8

Sounds interesting. After the Twilight Series who can resist a good vampire book. I am looking for suggestions because this is a relatively new genre for me. I have read the Charlaine Harris books and love them. Count me in.

Any chance that I could join in. I have two vampire books sitting in my pile. My two are by Karen Chance. I loved the Twilight series, so happy to do this. I will commit to 2,but know I will do more as there is another one in the series.

I already read 3 vampire books but am always looking for more. I have my list and reviews here: http://debbiesworld.wordpress.com/2009/01/26/vampire-challenge-2009/.

blondierocket-the true blood/sookie stackhouse series books by Charlaine Harris were pretty good. I had a hard time getting through book 1 but the rest were better.

Loved the Vampire Academy series and Vampire Diaries series (hoping to find time to reread this series this year)
