Anti-Valentines Day

Over at Breezing Through I found this contest which I like. Basically, the point is that celebrating romance on just one day every year is stupid. We can celebrate it any day we want! So go ahead and check it out :-)

I mean, why should we limit celebrating romance to Valentine's Day? (Well, we'll ignore the fact that my 1.5 relationships didn't really flow over with romance and now I feel like getting punked or something whenever romance is "thrusted upon" me in real life...) Romance can be celebrated any day we want, in any place and situation. And we should do just that!

I agree with this concept - Hubby and I have been married for 33 years this year and we have never celebrated valentines day - every day is a day for romance even if it is just a quick hug :)

Glad you do, Sally!
